Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Gamers Game. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please read our return policy carefully:

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@gamersgame.co.uk. You will be provided with further instructions on how to proceed.

  3. The customer is responsible for providing the return shipping for the item(s).

  4. We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.

  5. Personalized/Customised items are exempt from returns unless they are faulty In the case of damaged personalized items, please contact our customer support team within the accepted return period. 

  6. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

  7. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.

  8. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Warranty:

All controllers shipped by Gamers Game ships with an included 90 day limited warranty that covers manufacturer problems. This does not cover user generated problems. If your item is damaged or faulty during the warranty period you may ship it back to us to fix or replace.
